Warranty / Return

Guarantee of products marketed on www.lohr.ro is provided according to the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees.

The buyer has the obligation to inform the seller of any defect found during the warranty period, as these non-conformities may be due to manufacturing or transport failures.

The buyer will receive the equivalent value only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced within 45 days.

Warning:

The warranty is only valid if the Lohr parts were assembled in an approved LOHR service or in a RAR authorized service for the other parts. The deadline for the completion of a guarantee is 45 calendar days and begins on the date when www.lohr.ro receives all documents relating to a warranty case.

No products in the consumable range benefit from warranty.

Documents required to open a warranty case:

• Purchase document
• Warranty certificate
• Invoice and installation estimate;
• Confirmation of the fault;
• Copy of the RAR authorization of the workshop where the repair was performed;
• Copy of the vehicle registration document and certificate;

www.lohr.ro does not undertake the warranty and it may be declined in one of the following cases:

• the service in which it was installed does not have RAR authorization for the executed operations;
• the part was mistakenly installed and the required marks when completing the repair were worn or defective:
• the product was not installed for the purpose for which it was manufactured;
• the identification details were not transmitted correctly;
• the wear occurred is due to inappropriate handling, overstraining or defective maintenance;
• if the parts show marks of bumps, deformations, chips or ruptures;
• the parts show regular wear and tear that falls under standard wear;
• if all post-assembly and commissioning checks and calibrations have not been performed.

THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

is applicable within 14 days according to GEO 34/ 2014 Art. 9/1 and applies only to natural persons.

The returned products must be in the exact same state and packaging as upon shipment and are only valid for products delivered by courier. The value of the products will be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt of the package, and www.lohr.ro will not bear any shipping charges. For products with free shipping or partial return from a free shipping order, the customer will fully bear the return costs.

Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

• packages are damaged or have missing labels;
• incomplete product kits;
• products showing assembly traces;
• original products wrongly ordered by the customer’s fault;
• vehicle fluids;
• special products ordered from abroad.
